Grigor Dimitrov is “Sportsman of the Year in Bulgaria” for 2017 year in the 60th anniversary ceremony. The tennis player has a unique season and is currently ranked 3rd in the world rankings. And just a few weeks ago he won the final ATP tournament in London. Grigor who currently preparing for Australian Open wa presented by his mother Maria.
Second place for Radoslav Yankov (snowboarding). The prize was presented to him by his father Dimitar Yankov.
The honorable third place remained for the beauty and the biggest star in our rhytmic gymnastics Neviana Vladinova. She won over 20 medals in the year, but the most important was bronze in Worlc Championship. Her award was given to her father Stanimir.
“Thanks to everyone who voted for me and gave me the honorable third place, it is obviously going to bronze medals this year (laughs) I hope that the color of the medals will change from now on,” said Nevyana Vladinova.
