There are less than 3 months left till the Rhythmic European Championships in Guadalajara, Spain, and we already know the names of the first competitiors. Bulgaria, similar to last year, will rely upon Neviana Vladinova, who hasn’t begun the season yet, and Katrin Taseva. While Russia hasn’t specified their participants for now, Ukraine has registered rising star Vlada Nikolchenko and Aliona Diachenko, who has gathered much needed international experience in her first year as a senior in 2017. Belarus chooses the familiar duo Ekaterina Galkina and Alina Garnasko and Israel is going with Linoy Ashram and Nicol Voronkov. The right to 2 participants have also Romania (Ana Luiza Filiorianu and Andrea Verdes) and Italy (Alexandra Agiurgiuculese and Milena Baldassari). For now, Spain’s choice is Polina Berezina and France haven’t yet decided, probably due to the fact that team leader Kseniya Moustafaeva only recently started training after a serious injury.
From the nominative entries for the groups and the juniors we see 22 groups registered and 106 juniors from 37 countries, which will compete in the team event.
